Refunds will not be provided to members who have already made full payment and later availed any promotional or discounted offer.

If you attempt to cancel your membership and purchase cheaper plans or deals, your account may be restricted, as your IP address is tracked, and we reserve the right to block access to your account in such cases.

Muslim Matrimony Bureau will not issue refunds to members who choose not to use our platform, for any reason.

Refunds will not be processed, whether in full or partial amounts, for any subscription, used or unused, under any circumstances.

If you wish to cancel your subscription to prevent future charges, you must do so before your next billing cycle. If your membership is not canceled before the scheduled billing date, we are not liable for any payments made.

In the case of an upgrade to a higher membership plan, Muslim Matrimony Bureau may consider adjusting the payment for unused months. However, no refund will be issued if the upgrade occurs during the final month of your current plan.
